It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden and peaceful passing of Antonia Kyriopoulos born Gardiakou on Saturday May 6, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital at the age of 91. She is now with her late husband of 62 years, Dimitrios, who passed away January 30, 2023.
Antonia was born in Klisoura, Messinia, Greece on May 15, 1931, to Antonios and Vasiliki Gardiakos and emigrated from Greece in 1957 to start a new life.
Loving mother to Chris, Tony (Tamara), Efi. Devoted grandmother of Cynthia (Andrew), Kathleen, Dimitri, Christopher and Anthony. Cherished great-grandmother to Kleia and Zena. Dear sister to Helen (George) Tsemperis. Predeceased by her brothers Christos (Voula) Gardiakos and Theodore (Dina) Tselikis.
She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
May she rest in peace and her memory be eternal.
