It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving father and grandfather Panagiotis Peter Karabatsos. He passed comfortably surrounded by loved ones at the age of 92.
We feel at peace knowing that he is finally re-united with his true love, Angeliki Karabatsos, after so many years. He leaves behind his cherished children Dr. Christina Papayianis (Tim Papayianis) and Dr. Bob Karabatsos (Violet Karabatsos), and his 5 adoring grandchildren Peter, Adam, Angela, Harrison, and Alexa. Even though he is gone now, we feel his presence by the power of his love for family.
He will also be fondly remembered by his beloved siblings and their spouses Martha Roussopoulos and recently departed John Roussopoulos, Nick and Georgia Karabatsos, Antigoni and Emmanuel Papaioannou, Elias and Maria Karabatsos, his brother-in-law John Maroulis, his many nieces and nephews, friends, and family.
His passion was his family. He worked very hard and lived his life without regret. He has earned his rest. May he rest in peace, and may his memory be eternal in all the lives he touched.
