It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Afroditi VALASSIS born PANAGIOTOPOULOU at the age of 79.
C’est avec grande tristesse et le cœur lourd que nous vous annonçons le décès de Afroditi VALASSIS née PANAGIOTOPOULOU, à l’âge de 79 ans.
Beloved wife of George Valassis, loving mother of Costa (Angie), Alexandra (Gerry) and cherished grandmother of Afroditi, Sophia, Nicholas and Mareena.
She will also be deeply missed by many relatives and friends from here and abroad.
Special thanks to the homecare staff of CLSC Bordeaux Cartierville and the Gracia Palliative Care unit.
The family will receive condolences at: Aeterna Funeral Complexe, 55 Gince, Montreal, QC H4N 1J7
The funeral service will be held at Archangels Michael and Gabriel Greek Orthodox Church,
11801 Elie- Blanchard, Montreal, QC H4J 1R7 on Monday, at 12:00pm followed by the burial at Rideau Memorial Gardens.
