It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Grigorios VEIKOS at the age of 92.
C’est avec grande tristesse et le cœur lourd que nous vous annonçons le décès de Grigorios VEIKOS, à l’âge de 92 ans.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, and dedication to his family.
He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 58 years, Evdokia, his children Panagiota, Fotios and George (Melanie), his three grandchildren, Evdokia, Irene and Grigorios, his sister Pota, as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He is predeceased by his siblings Chrisafo (John) Skordas, Demetrios (Toula) Veikos. Joanna (Tom) Lageotakis , Dena (Gust) Georgakos , Tom (Irene) Veikos and by his daughter- in- law Helen Kalogiros.
Grigorios had a deep connection to his hometown of Dara, Greece which he held dear to his heart. Every year, without fail, he would return to Dara, sharing his love for the place with his family and friends. It was in Dara that he found peace, joy, and inspiration.
May his memory be eternal.
