Barba, I will never forget the great times we had in Crete together and how you and Barba Pipi scared all the Kri-Kri away in the Faragi. You will be missed tremendously.
I had the pleasure of referring to Ioannis as “Pappou” during my time with him in Crete with the Michakis family. Whether it was watching him go swimming every single morning at the beach, or seeing how much he enjoyed sleeping outside on the balcony, Ioannis truly enjoyed life to the fullest. May he rest in peace. Thank you for the amazing memories, he will be missed by many. My condolences to the Michakis family
