C’est avec grande tristesse et le cœur lourd que je vous annonce le décès de ma mère: Mme PHAN, Nhu Loc à l’âge de 68 ans, en date du 19 septembre 2024 à 13h25, avec l'aide médicale à mourir (AMM) aux Soins Palliatifs de l'hôpital du Mont-Sinaï de Montréal, Qc, Canada, après une lutte de deux ans contre le cancer colorectal.

It is with heavy hearts that I announce the passing of my mother: Ms PHAN, Nhu Loc at the age of 68, on September 19, 2024 at 1:25pm, with Medical Assistance In Dying (MAID) at the Palliative Care of the Mount Sinai Hospital in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, after 2 years of battling colorectal cancer.
