It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Yung Hai CHU 曲 永 海 at the age of 86.

Yung Hai Chu passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 9, 2025, after a courageous battle with Parkinson’s-Dementia.

He was a man of resilience, ambition, and generosity. After immigrating to Montreal, he built a new life as an entrepreneur, founding a company that left a lasting mark on his industry and community. Defined by his perseverance, deep sense of responsibility, and unwavering love for his daughters, he worked tirelessly to provide and uplift those around him.

He is survived by his wife and 3 daughters. His legacy of perseverance and kindness will live on through them.

Part of him will return to his birthplace, forever by the ocean—just as his name,永海symbolizes. He will rest with the sea, where the waves never cease, and his spirit lives on.

永远怀念曲永海

曲永海于2025年2月9日凌晨安详离世，结束了他与帕金森病和老年痴呆病的抗争。

他坚韧不拔，胸怀远志，慷慨仁厚。移居蒙特利尔后，他白手起家，创立公司，在行业和社区留下深远影响。他的毅力、责任感和对女儿们无尽的爱，塑造了他的一生。他不懈奋斗，不仅为家人提供了更好的生活，也温暖并成就了身边的人。

他留下了妻子和三位女儿，他的坚韧与善良将在她们身上延续。

他的部分骨灰将归于故乡，永伴大海，宛如他的名字——永海，涛声不息，精神长存。
