C’est avec grande tristesse et le cœur lourd que nous vous annonçons le décès de Kanella KOLOVOS DRIVAS, à l’âge de 94 ans.

With love and gratitude for a life well lived, we share the passing of our mother and grandmother, our rock – Kanella Drivas on Thursday, January 1^st, 2026 in Montreal, Quebec at the age of 94.

She was a woman of incredible strength who worked tirelessly her entire life to provide for her family. She gave without hesitation and never complained, always putting her loved ones first. Through hard work, sacrifice and determination, she built a strong foundation for all of us. Her strength lives on in our family and in the values she passed down. 

She will be deeply missed and always remembered as a deeply faithful woman and for her kindness, humility and devotion to her family. The love she gave and the life she built will never be forgotten.

Her strength was constant throughout her life and she remained a true fighter until the very end.  She faced each day with courage and determination that inspired everyone around her.

We will remember her with deep love and find comfort in knowing she is reunited with her beloved husband, Georgios.  We hold close the peace that comes from believing they are together again and that they will meet once more.
