It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Christine-Anne Goodyer who passed away on January 7, 2026.
She will be deeply missed by her sisters, Louise, Marie (deceased) and Sylvie, her brother Jake, he late parents David and Lucie and her many nieces and nephews, and the countless friends, colleagues, and lives she touched throughout her journey.
Christine-Anne was known for her kind words, thoughtful encouragement, and genuine care for others. Even while facing the ongoing health challenges, she remained steadfast in her commitment to showing up for those around her. Her strength, resilience, and generosity of spirit were evident to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Christine-Anne dedicated her life to helping others, serving with distinction as a first responder and emergency dispatcher. She answered every call with compassion and calm resolve, providing reassurance and critical support when it was needed most. Her unwavering commitment and quiet strength left a lasting impact on her community and beyond.
She found joy and connection at Kamp, a place that brought her purpose, friendship, and a sense of belonging. True to her gentle and caring nature, Christine-Anne also loved Winnie the Pooh, a simple reflection of her warmth, kindness, and enduring belief in caring for others.
