In Loving Memory of My Dad

My father passed away peacefully, on his own terms, choosing dignity and peace. He was determined not to let cancer define or defeat him. He faced it with courage and clarity, enduring chemotherapy and surgery out of love and sacrifice for those closest to him. When healing was no longer possible, he chose peace over suffering—not as an act of giving up, but as a way of preserving his dignity and meeting life on his own terms. That strength and bravery will forever be held deeply in our hearts.

In keeping with who he was, my dad chose not to have a formal ceremony. Instead, he wished for his passing to be marked quietly and privately. As a family, we honored that wish by sharing an intimate moment together—one filled with love, reflection, and gratitude for the life he lived and the man he was. It was a farewell rooted in closeness and respect, just as he would have wanted.

My dad was a good man with a big heart and true character. He was a charming and stylish gentleman with a heart of gold. Always well-groomed and fashion-forward, he took pride in his appearance and carried himself with quiet confidence. His sense of humor was infectious, always ready to bring a smile to those around him. He was a creative soul who loved exploring new experiences, especially through travel, and he lived fully and intentionally.

Above all, he was loving, generous, and deeply devoted to his family. To be loved by him was a gift—one that will be carried forever. Cancer did not define him; his kindness, bravery, warmth, and love did. We will always remember him for the strength he showed, the joy he shared, and the love he gave so freely.

He leaves behind his daughter, Peggy; his much-loved companion and love of his life, Linda; and his beloved granddaughters, Chloë and Lexi.

We are deeply grateful for the kindness, love, and support shown to our family. Your thoughts and condolences are more than enough, and in keeping with my dad’s wishes, no donations are requested.

Though he is no longer here, he lives on in our hearts, in our memories, and in the love he shared with all of us.

Imadlak, we will miss you forever Daddy.
