Joan Marvin (Allen), aged 99, passed away on October fifth in Montreal.

Born on October first, 1926 in Bear River NS; she was the mother of Hugh and Miranda (Yves). She will be remembered for her sense of humour, good memory and her love of painting.

She is survived by her beloved grandson Sean (Sandrine), nephews and nieces.

A commemoration will be held at the Centre Communautaire St-Antoine [date to be comfirmed]. Donations in her memory can be made to the Centre.

Francis Beverly Waugh
June 8, 1938 - October 16, 2025

Bev, age 87, passed away suddenly on Thursday October 16, 2025. He was the beloved husband of 67 years to Beverly (Woods). Loving son of the late Isabel Kingston and the late Francis Waugh. Cherished father to Rick (Lorraine), Wendy (Mike), Kenny (Karen), Eddy, Laura (Greg) and Larry. Proud grandfather to 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Predeceased by his adoring daughter Wanda (Frank) and brothers Lawrence and Joseph (J.D.). Brother to David, many nephews, nieces and friends.

At the family’s request, donations in his memory would be appreciated to the MUHC Foundation (Royal Victoria Hospital).

A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
