When my father William Peters passed away, I was at your facility to make the arrangements and met with Elias for the first time, who was the most amazing, caring and understanding person on the planet, no words could explained.
I’ve had loved ones in other facilities, but was never treated in that manner.

A true gem!
We were referred to this Funeral Complex upon the passing of our Aunt G. We could not have asked for a more perfect place. This Funeral Home is airy, bright and really classy and easy to get to from all directions. The management and staff are wonderful, compassionate, friendly, considerate and helpful to all your needs. You feel as if your loved one would feel SPECIAL to depart from a place like this. All family and friends who gathered together were totally IMPRESSED by this place. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL.

Death is something we are not ready or prepared for. For some of us our loved ones have not prepared their funeral arrangements. My experience started horribly, I went to a funeral home and noticed that they where pushing me to sign quickly before knowing a price, taking advantage of us when we were on our lowest, emotionally. We took a step back and informed ourself more and Aeterna came highly recommended. We met with a gentlemen, Mr Elias. Our first feeling was good and as we spoke, I did not feel pushed. The whole staff were understanding of our pain and went above and beyond to make our experience less painful. I felt like they did everything to lighten our load. The bottom line is I did not feel like Aeterna was running a business all about money, but a business on helping people to get through the passing of a loved one, planning and supporting emotionally all of us, when in need.
