C’est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de notre mère Marie-Paule Desjardins survenu le 17 juin 2021, à l’âge de 91 ans.

Elle laisse dans le deuil ses fils Normand (sa conjointe Gabrielle Vien) ainsi que Marc, ses neveux et nièces ,son beau-frère Marcel , ses belle-soeurs Solange et Denise ainsi que ses amis.

Compte tenu des circonstances seuls les proches immédiats pourront assister à
l'enterrement des cendres qui aura lieu le 19 juillet 2021 à 10:30 au CIMETIÈRE CATHOLIQUE DE LACHINE, 2360 rue Provost, Lachine

Mary Gedeon (née Kuruc)

1924-2021 June 15, 2021

Mary Gedeon (née Kuruc) died peacefully Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at the age of 97 to join her husband, George, in heaven.

As a wonderful and much loved mother and mother-in-law, she leaves to mourn Mary (Bob) and Julie (Andy), and as a supportive grandmother and great-grandmother, she leaves Sabrina, Jason (Julie), Jessica, Jacob, Jordan and Jaxson.

She had a big heart, lively wit, infectious laugh and great sense of community to which she generously donated her time. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 23, at the Aeterna Funeral Complex, 55 rue Gince in Saint-Laurent from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

A mass will be held at 1:00 pm at the Saints Cyril & Methodius Slovak Church at 7187 2nd Ave. in Rosemont followed by the burial in the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery at 4601 Côte-des-Neiges.

In lieu of flowers, donations are welcomed for the St. Anne’s Hospital Foundation as everyone at the facility took such great care of Mary during her final months.
